I made an appointment with purchasing and brought in the customer’s current bowl, zip-top bag and rubber band, as well as our Anchor bowl filled with soup. It was easy to demonstrate that not all to-go containers leak and it would be better to have the right product.
I try to understand my customers business as well as they do. My goal is to be a trusted member of their team that is able to provide critical market data points and creative problem solving ideas.
I grew up in Nebraska, and love the outdoors, if I am not at work, you will find me hunting, fishing or just hanging out in the country. This is the place where I recharge my batteries and have my most creative moments.
People tell me that I listen carefully, read their body language and tune in to what they are trying to impart. They also know that I have been at this job for many decades, have accumulated a trove of knowledge and understand their needs and our industry very well. They also know that I can deliver the bad news when appropriate rather than hide from problems when they inevitably occur.
When I’m not working you can find me painting in my studio, reading a good book and/or traveling or planning my next travel itinerary.
I have developed an exceptional relationship over the years with my customers because I am a good listener and always have the customer’s best interests in mind. I strive to understand the customer’s needs so I can offer the most practical and affordable packaging solutions. My goal is to build long lasting relationships based on honesty, integrity and hard work.
When I’m not working you can find me spending time with my family, playing softball, hiking in Colorado, Wyoming & South Dakota. I also enjoy photography, reading and working on ideas for new products that might help the average person.
Our customers like to work with us because the Customer Service team and I treat their challenges as if they were our own and are always looking for ways to solve them.
When I’m not working, you can find me watching professional football, doing jigsaw puzzles, or being the Neighborhood Produce Pusher as I somehow ended up with a big garden and a husband who doesn’t like vegetables.

When I am not working you can find me hanging out with my 2 beautiful sons! We enjoy cooking and baking, we love to go on bike rides, hiking and swimming. We love the Broncos! I love to read, watch movies, and go on the many adventures living in Colorado has to offer. My favorite foods are coffee, Chex Mix, sweet tea and chicken alfredo.
One of our customers had an end user who was opening a new store in three days’ time. I worked with our vendor and the DC to get a stock order and an overnight order placed and delivered to make sure the end user had product for their opening and beyond.
When I am not working , you can find me just spending time at home with my family.
All of our customers and Vendors like to work with Sunlight Sales Customer service because we always treat both with respect and are always ready to help with any requests that are thrown our way. Customer service helps maintain the relationships that the Sales Team establishes, making all of our customers and Vendors feel truly important.
When I am not working at Sunlight, you will find me spending time with my wonderful husband and our two beautiful boys. I enjoy reading and watching movies and also doing crafts with my boys. Although I am not a huge outdoor person, we like to be by the pool, up in the mountains or always looking for new things to do in Denver and the State of Colorado trying to stay as active as possible.
As a new member to Sunlight Sales, I bring a “can do”, positive attitude. I’m always willing to help where ever needed.
When I’m not working you can find me spending time with family and friends, cooking, reading, and traveling to Puerto Vallarta.
Received a call from one of the casinos here, they were opening a new concept and needed a packaging solution, looked at 3 compartment foam and other similar products, but couldn’t find the right fit. Getting info on the ounce portion that was going to be served we discovered that the culinary square 3 compartment base, one compartment lid would accommodate the portion size, give the right presentation and allow the option of reheating, and because of the projected volume we were able to put together contract pricing…new item for end user, new item for distributor…win, win across the board.…

My customers call me because they know that I am a good resource of info for them and have their best interest in mind when looking for solutions. They know that if I don’t have it, I’ll tell them where to find it.
In my free time you can find me keeping physically fit! I’m either at the gym a number of times a week or hiking the mountain preserve down the street from my home…the arts are very important also so I go to as many music events as a can as well as art house type movies…

My customers enjoy working with me because it’s all about the customer! I go above and beyond to find the proper container/solution to serve customer’s needs. I’m never too busy to talk and am always honest about the best application for their needs regardless if it benefits me or not. I have confidence in the lines I represent and know I can provide the customer a solution for their packaging needs.
When I’m not working you can find me at Crossfit. I go every day and strive to get faster and stronger. I love the comradery that there is in Crossfit, everybody pulls for each other to do their best. If not at Crossfit, you can find me at home spending time with my wife and four children, three girls and my youngest who is a boy.
My customers enjoy working with be because I have a friendly smile, I am very honest and present products that I feel would be the best solution for them. I always follow through and make sure they are satisfied. I am positive and organized, confident, caring and love what I do, which comes across in my work.
When I’m not working you can find me with my husband, children and 10 grandchildren doing anything, watching/or attending Nascar racing. I particularly enjoy baking cookies and cooking dinner for all my family.

When I am not working you can find me enjoying time with my family and friends. I love to travel and explore new areas. I am a dual citizen from Germany and I go visit any chance I get. I have been to Germany over a dozen times and enjoy sightseeing and visiting family and friends. I have made two surprise visits and keep them guessing when my next trip will be. I also love attending sports events. I love live music and appreciate many different musical genres. My family is active within our community and we adopt and help less fortunate families to several times a year.
I think the greatest complement has been from the manufacturers that I have worked closely with stating that they just wished they had more of me in all of their territories. I strive to be professional and listen to the customer in regards to their needs and find the right solution for them.
In my personal time I enjoy the outdoors and working out. Sailing is my passion and I have raced mostly on small catamarans for most of my life achieving two National Championships.
My customers enjoy working with me because I have worked as a cook and chef it gives me a great understanding of how food travels and preserves in various containers. I always have the customer test different types of containers prior to making a decision to make sure they meet expectations so once the food travels home it is the same quality as at the restaurant.
When I’m not working you can find me enjoying sports, going to the theater and trying new restaurants. My wife and I enjoy walking with our Dachshund at the beach.

One of my most recent accomplishments was meeting with a customer for the first time, who recently took over ownership of the business. He had been bombarded with every vendor and re distribution, wanting to meet with him. As it took several attempts to get in the door, once I was there I learned that he was frustrated and disappointed with multiple vendors and their lack of service and attention he deserved. By the end of the meeting, not only had I given this customer confidence in our service, but I was able to get a commitment to work with his sales staff as well as display and feature our new SmartDose in his store. This led to discussions of a complete conversion to Diversey products. After I walked out of the meeting, I reflected on him saying, “You are just so nice”. It was then, that it occurred to me that he appreciated my positivity, excitement and all around good attitude.
When I’m not working you can find me spending time with my family. I am my kid’s biggest fan. You can always find me at the soccer and baseball fields cheering on my youngest, or at my oldest son’s band gigs shredding on his guitar. I love to make sure I am visiting my extended family, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins and talk stories of the past, and dreams of the future. I love to laugh and you can often find me laying down some pranks during family holidays with my Uncle,. Watch out!! Any opportunity to go to Disneyland, I will take it. And someday,…ITALY, Here I come!!! Other than that, in my down time, check the movie theaters as my husband, Richard, and I love to watch the latest and greatest on the big screen!

When I am not working, you can find me hunting, cooking, taking photographs or traveling. Recently, for my 40th birthday my wife and I decided to celebrate by driving across the country. We started our trip as far North as we could get (Seattle, Washington) and 16 days and 4600 miles later ended up in Key West, Florida. Along the way we saw some amazing sights, made new friends and visited old friends along the way. It was an experience of a lifetime!
